The best weekend in my entire life:
It all started as a usual weekend. Friday night tired as always we spend an evening together having a nice home made dinner at home and a movie on TV. Nice quiet and relaxing after a hard week at work.
Saturday I met a friend in the City to go to the Art market and for some shoe shopping. Nice and good fun.
Later on we met her husband and my partner for dinner at a Japanese restaurant at King Street Warf. Afterwards we went to the James Squire to meet some German Friends there. It was a nice and enjoyable night with almost a little bit too much alcohol.
We walked up towards Wynyard to catch the train home and before get some food. Me, as clumsy as I am made a nice dive along the floor to show all the teenage kids there how to fall in an elegant way.
They had fun,. We too!!!
Normal so far!
Sunday: After a nice sleep in and another sleep after breakfast we went to do some food shopping at the mall and went straight back home after we were done. To end the Sunday in our lovely home,
we cooked some dinner and watched TV. I made my phone calls home to Germany and cleaned up after we ate.
N did his tasks upstairs and came down to join me on the couch later in the evening.
We sat for a while before he got up and said the he will be right back.
He came back in the room kneeled down in front of me and.
He proposed to me!!!
I did not know what to say. I was expecting it for a while but still I was speechless.
Finally I said the one simple word: YES!
And It all happened on my grandparents 51st wedding anniversary! That is a sign!
I am now a fiance isnt that something? And I am also the proud owner of a very nice black diamond in a beautiful ring out of matt polished white gold which my sister made for me!
N ordered the ring from her a while ago and I didnt have a clue!!!
She did a very good job!!!

as you have no doubt noticed i have kinda been missing in action for a while. i havent had access to the net for some time. i just use other peoples when i get the chance. a few things have changed and maybe finally for a better. onlyu time will tell. all in all everything is okay. what have you been upto???
