They circled the left eye a second time around to correct the circle. Just ask them to go over the right eye with a touch-up to make both eyes equally thick, as you can't make the left eye thinner.

I don't really want the other eye to be thick too because I really like how it looks. =[ But that probably is the only way to even things out. I wonder if maybe some skin coloured ink might cover it? Probably too bright for covering black, huh?
I have work really early tomorrow and I'm supposed to be sleeping right now so I can get at least 7 hours of sleep, and yet here we are.
