I just ended an 8 month relationship with a guy that I was seriously, head over heels in love with because he just wasn't ready for it. I still love him dearly but I have to move on with my life.
This is how this works; you respect yourself and you demand that everyone else treats you with respect. In order for this to work, you have to respect everyone around you.
I would just cut off contact with her and him completely. Every time you see them now you'll be internally seething and then you'll never cheer up.
So go watch some Aqua Teen Hunger Force, get angry, get sad, and then get happy.
