Okay so this is **REALLY** tough for me to post.. After getting my body into the best shape its EVER been in for #sgukshootfest16 last month, I've had to take the last couple weeks off the gym due to my health, and I cannot believe how different I look now. I've regained my doughnut belly (WHY GOD WHY) lost all definition in my booty and thighs, all my lower body strength, all which I worked so SO hard for, and I'm feeling pretty bad about the way I look.
TODAY was my first proper day back at the gym where I've felt well enough to give it my all, and I do feel so much better for it; both physically and mentally!
Hopefully it won't take me too long to get back into the shape I was mid-September, and I'm ready to give it my absolute all to achieve the body I've always wanted.
P.s. Pls don't mind my Cookie Monster pants šš
