Happy Memorial Day. I know I've wasted it by doing nothing at all. I wish I had the forethought or wherewithal to actually go to one of the ceremonies that honor those lost, but I don't. I am lame.

I have also been battling a cold for the last several days. I woke up twice last night in clothes that were completely drenched through with sweat. Gross, but I think when you're sick you want this to happen, right?

I have been painfully tortuously ripping all my CDs to my new computer, in an effort to put all my music on my new "economic stimulus"-purchased iPod. It is very slow-going. I got the 160GB which I can only hope is more than I will ever need, insofar as I have no plans to put on videos or movies, just tunes.

I just watched George A Romero's Diary Of The Dead. It wasn't great. I didn't despise it, but it was definitely not good. I wasn't disappointed since the reviews had been pretty bad to begin with. The acting was pretty lousy and the zombie kill scenes were neither tense nor scary. I wish it had been better. Maybe it's time for Romero to move on from this subject.

Keith Richards is the coolest person ever.
