gawd. busy weekend. met up with lots of folk. lots of new faces i may never see again. but it was an alright way to be. i'm so worn down tired at this moment. just need a fresh set of batteries. i'm sure i have lots of props to shout out... only i'm bad at that. caught a late show of kill bill vol 2 with Bossanova and MeNotYou. Wish I had more energy and it wasn't a Sunday. Gonna have to send the Bossa off in style from Houston before she's gone. We have our big MayDay MayDay party coming up in a few more days. Less than a week. We bought 120 bucks worth of booze in preparation. We should have two kegs, as well. Gawd. I shouldn't advertise, but I get few comments, so I know this divulged info is safe here.
monday update: got some sleep finally. At work, not working, as usual. Went to the bar for a single beer. Take that poor impulse control raven. Mostly went just to say hi to folk I haven't hi'd in a while.
Looks like most of the rain saturday will be in the morning/afternoon, leaving the evening relatively dry. Cool. Water is always good to me.
My voice is still somewhat gone. Getting better. I pine. Blah.

First of all...Guiness is not booze...it's a premium beer. It's to be savored in it's ideal condition. That would be in a pint glass at just above room temperature. Drinking guiness out of the bottle is like buying a bottle of $50 wine, leaving it open and in the fridge for a day and drinking it out of the bottle.

Guinness made me puke with just one drink. I hold it in high regard, but anything that makes me puke gets a notch in the booze category. Sweet sweet booze. There, I said it. Again and again.
