Write away the absence of today. Yesterday's fever burned into now and waking hours seem so long. Sleep will never come to a tired body because time moves too fast. Our hospitals are prisons for living death and life support steals angels from God. Technology only increases our risk for a virus and makes us go without sleep longer. We must wait because we live now. We live with waking demons and sleeping angels. A time when the only thing watching over us at night is our computer screens and television sets. When life is extended to accommodate miliions of dollars and houses and cars are our churches. We pay homage to ourselves and thank no one. We only love to be loved and give to receive.
