Last Sunday was an interesting day. Andrew and I started off the morning with breakfast in Chelsea, Quebec, at Soup'Herbe. It was fantastic. $13.95 get you a coffee or tea, fresh juice, a CINNAMON BUN to start, and your meal. I had the vegetable crepes, and man, oh man were they good! Needless to say, I couldn't finish all that food so early in the morning (11:30 is early to me).
We then decided to go for a drive in the Gatineaus.
We didn't make it very far before getting lost and decided it would be more fun to just keep going. We saw a sign for a place called 'Shawville' and decided to go there. What we didn't realize, is that there is, in fact, nothing in Shawville, not even a barber. So we drove around, looked at the arena, water tower and hospital, and went home.
On our drive home, we picked up some mystery Doritos and a 12 pack of P.B.R. We then drank the afternoon away, made a spaghetti feast, did shots of vodka, then played Monopoly. All in all, a very interesting day with the man I love.
