Hello everyone!
How are you all doing? good i am hoping! I cant take coming home from work being soooo incredebly stressed out anymore!
Okay now I know that we all have to have our first job at some point...and for a lot of people that moment comes right when you turn 16! (Yes I know, for some, like myself, it may be earlier) This is fine no problem there! But the problem I have comes into play when you dont understand that a JOB entales ACTUAL WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now Now please take a deep breath and jus relax! Yes A job means you WORK!!! It does not mean that you:
1.)spend all your time trying on the stores merchandise instead of helping customers

2.)stand at the CD listening station playing your top 5 fave songs and pretend to ROCK OUT on your AIR Guitar while CUSTOMERS are standing there waiting for YOU to check them out.

3.)run to the back and jump on your phone and chat to your HOMIE G's then try to hide the phone when I walk in the back and catch you in action!!!

4.)just stand around shopping for what YOU wanna buy and get MAD because the customer buys the last one and now you're S.O.L.

Do not say that you will not help a customer just because they are wanting to try on and POSSIBLY buy something you have because you THINK they look too fat for it!
OH YEAH ...You betta hope that a customer NEVA EVA hears yo AZZ say they are too fat, ugly, chunky, smelly, skinny, sweaty, tall,short, etc. or you will prolly get a foot up yours! (And I hope that you do get it because you deserve it after all you've done!)

5.)do not keep playing CD Comando and hitting the button everytime a song you THINK is (please insert snotty voice here) "So Over" we play the music for the Customers after all the Hot Topic slogan is "Everything about the Music"! oh yeah and take a hint from the customers when they are actually saying out loud "lay off the button dude let us here a whole song will ya!"

And last but not LEAST:
6.)When it is time to close do not run fromthe closing tasks that have to be done! I saw you biotch you folded A t-shirt, meaning ONE t-shirt, 5 times just to make it LOOK like you were busy so that the the other people closing with you would have to do all the other tasks and then you just cant stand there watching join in! WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sorry for long ass rant I just needed to relieve that stress and pound out the keyboard til I felt better!!!

I am sure you have all worked with someone who just does not pull their weight at all!!! So you get stuck doing their share and then they see it as cool they'll do it for me! Whenreally you just do their part because it HAS to get done and you know that THEY WONT DO IT!!!

Well whats going on around here! What is everyone up to this coming weekend? I need to do a bunch of things for starters... I need to color my hair, I HAVE To make a run down to Cincinnati to get my Halloween costume but I dont want to go alone...then I need to start some ideas for a really cool tattoo because if i want it by Christmas then i have to let my girl know now...and I also need a couple new piercings I feel wierd having gone a year without getting some sort of modification done!!! AHH Well if any of youzzz would like to chill, hang, giggle,sit in silence while staring at each other then looking away...hit me back and let me know! I appear to be open for wasting some good ole free time! Well I loves youzzz allzzz! Goodnite SGLand!
