I've felt the same way hun. It does pass but you need to work on changing how you think, which I know is not the easiest thing in the world to accomplish. Hang in there and think happy thoughts (unfortunately that will not make you fly, but y'know, helps anyway ) HUGS!!!

You should start work on learning how to lucid dream. I used to be able to do it when I was about 15/16 years old. Amazing stuff.
