Commencing the diary of the menkui!
For reference to those not knowing the obscure Japanese term, a menkui is a person who is easily drawn in by beautiful things.
It is here that I shall relate my fabulous mental adventures in eyecandy land.
I discovered, as one does with the preoccupations I do, that one of the scariest characters I have ever seen is actually pretty hot.
Allow me to illustrate... In Bleach there is a very odd guy, name of Mayuri Kurotsuchi who is very well designed but also very perculiar and icky (being a weird medical evil genius who turns into slime, you know the kind of thing). See the weirdnes??
And now to do something even more astounding than just delivering a character design that is completely bizarre and unique, Tite Kubo (the author) makes him weirdly sexy without his creepy adornments! Observe -
