At work, our Hispanic prep cooks listen to their radio station while they do their work. At one point a tsunami warning came on the radio station. However, it was in English, not Spanish. I guess we know who the government considers important: "All the white people, get to safety! Shhhh...don't tell the Mexicans!"
I did get to stumble my way thru explaining a tsunami to someone who speaks no English. "El terramoto in el oceano...mucho aqua?"
