Today I recieved my first ever speeding ticket for going...five fucking miles over the goddam speed limit!! The bastard was on foot with a radar gun...just jumped out in front of my car to stop me. Here's the kicker. It was a school zone, so the ticket was $200. Horseshit. Ah well.
I finished up a four day bender on Monday. All the pressure that built up over the last two weeks came out in a sake-PBR-whiskey drenched few days. Time to take it (relatively) easy until halloween, I'd imagine.
School is going really well so far. I think the bender put everything into perspective, as it were, and I'm not so stressed anymore. The early morning stuff is actually keeping me going.
