Hello SG folks, in this episode of SG weekly blog homework we're gonna talk about food!
I might look thin but I'm one hell of a baker and a quality over quantity intenditeur.

First pic is from my latest set sugar rush while I was drowning in candies, donuts of stuff, but here I'll post just my homemade desserts.

1: my favorite: the Tiramisu. An italian dessert so good it makes you feel in paradise, in quarantine I made a lot. It's pretty known in all world with some variations I think, the recipe I use is Mascarpone based, with eggs, espresso, light and thin cookies, a touch of sugar and a touch of alcohol (mostly rum).

2: I'm not commenting it, I'm leaving you this task, but I'm just proudly posting it here. (it's so beautiful, isn't it?)

2. 3: the pudding! easy and fast to do, amazing to go (in our stomachs) This is my favorite version with one: one vanilla floor with vanilla and amaretto cookies and one chocolate floor. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G
   

   
   

3. 4: the hazelnut and cream pizza: OK, I know I'm italian and we're a little bit sensitive about pizza stuff (please don't make me leave the country after that) but pizza dough with hazelnut cream and whipped cream is something libidinous.
