So...our weekend routine of going to the beach today was foiled by overcast. Instead we took the kiddies strawberry pickin' after visiting Moorpark College's learning zoo. Ah well, at least they enjoyed themselves.

After this week my classes will be done until June 20th...not much of a break, but one that is welcomed.

Had a little BBQ Shindig, and this is what I made for 10 people:

Oven roasted Tri-Tip
Roasted Garlic Mash Potatoes
bbq roasted Corn on the cob
Salad w/homemade honey dijon dressing
marinated korean short ribs nicley bbq'd
and fresh strawberry milkshakes with the ones we picked

How was everyone's weekend? Any adventures to speak of?
