My culinary expertise has gone from Ramen (and only oriental flavor, thank you very much) to include tuna melts, guacamole, and a reeeeeally awesome spinach artichoke dip. I made it last night for Brent and his roommate and they both really liked it. And it rocked, if I do say so myself. I guess I should have prefaced this by saying that until recently, my experiences in the kitchen have been miserable. I don't like to cook, and I was really bad at it, until now. Anyways, I have a cold (ha, now you REALLY want me to cook for you, don't you?!), and it's bobo. I truly never ever get sick, my immune system kicks ass. My my nose is somehow stuffed up and runny at the same time, my head won't stop hurting, and my throat feels like I tried to swallow a grenade. OH well, I am tough as nails. Yes....I am so totally tough. Anyways, here's wishing everyone an excellent weekend!
