I have naturally blond hair so I rarely have to bleach unless its a darker color first and I need to change it. But judging from your profile pic, yeah, youll need to bleach. Special effects has always worked the best on me. It takes the longest to fade and when it does fade it usually makes other colors. I've been making my hair all different colors since I was in the nineth grade so if you have questions I can probably help ya out
