Ok so remember when I said I made a coworker cry? Well I went to work yesterday and the manager and owner said they wanted to have a "chat" with me. So I follow them to the main office feeling like I'm back in school being sent to the principles office. So anyways they proceed to tell me I have a attitude problem and I am belittleing fellow employees. Lemme give you the background on what I actually said to this girl. I work in a flower shop and Myself and another girl I work with (Ash) work really well together we have a great system down and The manager told me that if we get everything done theres no need for the other girl (Dana)to come in. So hense we busted ass and got everything down so the end if the day I was like stay home, we dont need you, were caught up. But Dana continued to ask "Do you need me tomorrow?" And we are like No stay home. She continued asking like 10 more times in row so well me and Ash kept saying over and over we didnt want her to come. So finally as a joke I said if she came in I was going to lock her in the cooler and make her a vagina popscicle if she showed up. This was all a joke I wouldnt have really done that I just wanted to assure her we were cool. Anyways she got really pissed, started crying and walked out. I was like OMg it was a joke. If I was going to really do something to her I could do more then freeze her to death I mean honestly I have a better imagination then that... So anyways now back to my scolding. So they say I belittle the employees and I only want to work with certain people. And I was nodding my head and agreeing with them cause well its true I dont like the other girl cause she comes in either drunk or speedballing and cant do her job cause shes buzzing or crashing and the manager knows shes doing it but cant fire her cause we have noone else to replace her with. And Im not perfect I know this I puff! puff! pass!! myself but I dont do it at work or while Im working and I work really well with Ash so then they tell me I am on ""behaviorial probation" I was like WTF? I asked my manager if she just made that up on the spot. She wasnt amuzed. Anyways for 2 weeks if I make anyone cry or show an attitude I get fired. So, I'm going to apply at another shop this week and if I get it. I'm going to quit, but go out in a blaze of glory cause I have this attitude problem see.
On a much lighter note. Im taking my neice with me on Saturday when I go to get inked to get her first tattoo. Shes got supermodel looks with white trash attitude. I love her to death. So Im really excited shes joining the ink club. Im thinking of getting a facial pierce. The one that looks like the movie star mole. I think thats so sexshi. What ya think Yes or No?
