My parents bought a huge HDTV plasma... yeah it's pretty kickass and we watched Planet Earth tonight (me for the first time) and it was amazing... really just so beautiful, and making me want to travel and be a zoologist and a biology teacher all at once. 
hehe, but my degree is in history............ lol yeah.
easter kind of sucked. my dad called and made me feel like a bad daughter/sister/grandaughter in our 10 min conversation... and he wonders why i don't call. he hasn't exactly been the most reliable dad... *sigh* made me cry. my stepdad was also being pretty sarcastic when i was talking to him about global warming and stuff. but he hugged me when i started crying about my dad and it was nice to hang out with him and my sisters. my brother... ugh. he showed up two hours after our dinner (which means he showed up at 10pm) with his girlfriend and ate and watched the planet earth show with us for about 30-45 mins and then left..... he's here with her, probably having sex in his room.... he bought a guitar even though he was only able to save up $300 for school and had to borrow a shitload of money to pay for the rest... and then he blew two tires last night.... it just frustrates me.
things WILL get better though... hopefully i will pass everything this semester, take first summer off to work and save up money, finish school the second summer term and then graduate in august and get out of here... i was thinking about working with my dad to spend some time with him and be closer to my fiance for a little while in case we want to visit each other during the fall and then i move up to canada in nov/dec probably and then get married jan 4. if things go horribly this semester and i don't pass something... i'm kind of on the verge in a couple of my classes... i will be taking classes first summer or staying longer and taking classes in the fall (i reeealllly don't want to do that though).
