Of course I wished that meant something sexual, but nope. 180 over 140. WTF!!!?
I thought it might have been elevated, but that?! Scared the ever living fuck out of me. So after a stupid 2 year hiatus, I'm back on BP meds. My fault, messed up my insurance, then when I got it back, I was just lazy. Gonna change for REAL THIS TIME!! I just cringed when I had my weight taken as well. Don't know what happened, but that has gotten out of control as well. At that age that it has to be done or I won't be making it to my 50th b-day. I'm Going To Be Healthy Again!!!
