Hello wonderful SG Land,
And how is everyone on this fun 'hump' day? I say fun because I'm on my third cup of coffee at work today and still going strong. Today was one of those days where you just don't want to pry yourself out of bed. I actually got a solid 8 hours of sleep last night, for the first time in I-don't-know-how-long, but I still work up tired. I got out of bed with minutes to spare before I had to be in my car on my way to work (or so I thought). Turns out, my clock was wrong. I was 30 minutes early. Damn.
What do you do when you're 30 minutes early for work? Oh, well if you're me, you go to Dennys. Which is right next door to the mall where I work. I ordered some eggs and turkey bacon to go and today, I will not be subjected to eating Mall Food. (If you're wondering why I capitalized Mall Food when it doesn't need to be: It's because of the severity of the situation. Imagine, eating Mall Food everyday for lunch.) Yuck.
So, everyone here is all up in arms about the Zimmerman trial. Well mainly the fact that he was pronounced innocent. I'm trying not to get involved in that particular discussion. Besides, I didn't follow the trial. There was way more important things in the news that was being overlooked for that trial. Let's not get into all that though. I try to keep my blogs political free if at all possible.
Let's instead talk about why the HECK they make pants so damn skinny in the legs. I mean, it hurts to bend my freaking knees and yet they are too big at the waist. What the F pants manufacturing companies. Not all of us have legs like twigs. Please make pants to fit real people.
I'd post some images of my recent work but I haven't been taking photos really as they are mostly all names, words, and that kind of thing. While script is definitely an art in itself it is definitely not one that I share a love for. I prefer pictures, images, a different version of visual art.
Ohh I'm sleepy, and still drinking coffee. It's just one of those days. I never have a day off. You heard me right. I actually never have a day off. I'm only off at the shop when I have a show, which is me still working. Talk about making up for lost time........
So, today is today. I have some drawings to work on. I hope you are all well.
