No pictures this post: which inevitably means not very many people will actually bother to read it ;P
Oh man, I went and did my laundry today and it was so HOT in the laundry mat that I thought I was going to die! I sweat buckets and it's not like I could go outside and get some air since it is just as hot and muggy outside since I'm in Florida. Grrr.
I had a show in St. Petersburg FL last night at the Flamingo. I don't have any photos yet but when some get uploaded I will snag them and post them up. We did a rendition of Best Little Whorehouse in Texas complete with drag queen Dolly impersonator and everything. One of the guys from American Idol sang after the opening act and then I was two people after that. It was supposed to be a country western theme but my CD didn't work! I was doing a Reba act but, alas.... they just couldn't get my CD to play.
So, I pulled a number out of my ass at the last moment and 4-non blondes What's Up was what I did. It didn't really fit in but I love that song and I didn't really know the words to anything else. Fake it to make it, right?
I haven't tattooed any friends or family lately so no new photos of tattoos today either. The shop still isn't open yet, and when I ask when it will be open they tell me 2 weeks. Unfortunately it's always two weeks. I really need to work. I haven't paid any of my bills this month and I hate being behind like this. Inevitably you always have more problems trying to catch back up because you have to come up with twice the amount of money. Hopefully, the shop opens soon. I have people waiting to get tattooed. I want to know when I can schedule people! Grumble.
I got an couple of offers to work at a couple of different shops, one in Tampa and one in Cheyenne Wyoming. I'd love to go to Cheyenne but I have no where to stay and I don't have the money for a hotel or anything- or to get there for that matter. I turned the one in Tampa down (for now) as I already committed myself to working at the other place which is supposed to open in 2 weeks and I like the guys opening the shop and I don't want to ditch out on them. They are cool people. I just hope it isn't much longer or a wait.
The dogs are all doing good. They are crazy as per usual and Stormy is doing good. We are still raising money for her surgery slowly but surely and we haven't heard back from the rescue yet who are trying to help us out with the funds. I'm hoping they will be able to help us.
And now: I need a shower because my booty is STINKY!
