Many of you know my dog Stormy and you know she has medical problems. She needs help. We set up a donation account for her but we need help getting the word out. If you could please share this page on your FB or other sites we would appreciate it very much. We discovered why she was attacking the other dogs- she had yet another UTI and this time the doctor is definite that she has to have the surgery. Before, it was just an elective surgery and they said she could function and live without it. Now, they need to to do it so they can take her kidney and move her other ureter to the correct location. The kidney has so has so much damage (much of it before we got her) from infections, which she is extra prone to unfortunately, that they don't think it is saveable anymore and may be causing her more harm than good at this point..

We contacted a few places that do (or used to) grants for dogs in need of surgery but they were all 'shut down' due to lack of funding. I also tried IMOM but they won't even consider her case unless she is 10 days or less from being put down or dying. I really don't want to wait until she gets that far along to get this done.
