Ok, I have until Friday to find a place to live here in Portland. Everyone here keeps telling me to tell the apartments that I only have 2 dogs even though I have 3. I'm kind of wary about lying about that just incase they happen to find out differently somehow.
I did finally find a couple of places to hire me. I'm working at Acropolis on Thursday and Sunday for their 3 to 9 shift and I auditioned at Devil's Point today and they are going to call me back with a schedule as soon as the owner/manager gets back in.
Now, if I could just find someplace to LIVE that would be great.
I was pretty down yesterday and thinking of not moving here at all but I've put so much time and effort into getting here that I'd feel like i've cheated myself or something. I don't know. I'm just thinking, maybe there is someplace better and more dog friendly out there.
So quick: where are the most dog friendly towns in the US?

Someone once told me that there are more dogs than children in San Francisco. There are lots of bark parks and a great dog run along the beach at Fort Funston just outside SF. Fun to watch hang gliders there too. Good luck.
