Photos of me dancing at St. Pete Pride yesterday!
There will be more of these as soon as I find them! There were so many photographers there and everyone stopped and took photos of me. There were hoards of people that who stopped and asked if they could have a photo with me and I was very flattered.
This is the second year I've worked for Queenshead during pride. I have a lot of fun doing it, but man it's hot as Hell out there! It was 99 degrees not including the humidity that day and I danced outside on a box in the sun for 5 hours. I had 2 10 minutes breaks the whole day. I'm a hard worker like that.
Tomorrow I'm off to get my leg tattoo finished...
This is it in case you don't remember which one I'm talking about. I'm getting Frankenstein colored in finally. I'm also getting the inside part of my sleeve finished at the same time. The right side of my body is going to be sore! Ode to pro-bono tatoos work. Without you I'd be deprived.
Random conversation jump: I am really hungry right now. I have no idea what I'm going to eat. I've had some crazy bills lately so I haven't grocery shopped in a while. I'm thinking it's back to the Ramen Noodle diet for a while.
Speaking of crazy bills: The AC in my house broke today. It's a furnace in here. I'm sitting around in my underwear sweating like a whore in church. I plan to put several bottles of water in the freezer today and then when I go to bed I'm going to tuck them under the covers with me so I won't die of heat stroke in the middle of the night. (And somewhere in the back of my head I'm wondering if this would actually work).
I got a new pair of socks yesterday and I threw myself a little party. I love socks and I haven't had any new clothes in over a year. I don't really ever shop for myself or buy myself things unless it's something that I need. I'm too focused on getting all the other things paid that I don't even think about it until someone gives me a new pair of aloe socks! Shows how girly I am, I guess.
I had some super great sex the other day. I'm talking I'm sweating, he's sweating, the bed's wet from all the slippery up and down round and round. Therefor, I'm not letting the fact that the AC is broken get to me. See, sex does make things better!
So, go out and get yourself some!
