That's right, my first PTA meeting. Ambrosio and I went with our daughter...kicked off with a potluck. I managed to work late and forget all about it, so we took an organic pie and a vegan cake from the co-op. I'm officially one of those moms, and I'm a chef, for crap's sake.
So now, do we keep her in this awesome school in Seattle where we can't afford to buy a house, or do we take her to Portland where we can? Erf.
I turn 31 tomorrow. Last year I celebrated with a busload of circus clowns parading through the house, and Gemma's firedancing culminating with me blowing out her fire-fingers and making a wish. Then we piled 20 people and animals on the couch just to see if we could. They decorated the house with a banner of bras. This year? I'm s'posed to go to the Y and work out, and maybe go to a friend's friend's band play. I'm sure I can figure out some way to find an adventure, though.
