Okay, I managed to get a bit more sleep last night than the prior two nights. Probably about six hours' worth. It was hard falling asleep but I slept well. Had some weird nightmares...
Got a phone call this morning and the insurance straightened out my provider change so I shouldn't run into any more snafus with getting my meds paid for. Today I still have to go to the hospital pharmacy to try to get the drugs I couldn't get yesterday.
Took another 20mg dose of Cymbalta this morning. I'm still tired and irritable. Don't feel like writing much right now...

Okay, it was a bit of a runaround, but I got my hormone meds! Premarin (naturally derived estrogen) and spironolactone (antiandrogen). I will start the Premarin on Monday, and once I am acclimated to it I will add the spironolactone in two weeks. And tomorrow I will discontinue the Cymbalta, so I can get rested and clear that out of my system before starting the hormones.
Got some disappointing news. The radio internship openings at Pirate Cat Radio I was hoping to apply for have been filled (two days after the Craigslist ad went up). I went over to the studio and dropped off a resume with a mix CD anyway for the guy to review and maybe call me if any spots open up someday down the road...
TONIGHT I have a date with a woman I met on OKCupid. The last one I met on there stood me up on our (first and last) date, but I trust that this one will show. She's bi, she knows I'm trans and is okay with it, we'll see what happens...

And just remember...
Everything will be all right!
