Day 9 Working From Home! Listened to Where Is My Mind by the Pixies for the thousandth time :P Having a great time. Whats everyone else doing?
In case you haven't read my profile, I work for a rather large Music Promoter and as you can imagine, everyone is losing their shit a little bit as we go through cancellations and postponements. We have, at my last count, gone through about 500 so far and it looks like it's not going to lighten up anytime soon.

So you're not just this hot, and also fun, and have a cool job... you're also a sweetie? Hot damn. I've cleared out the back porch and rearranged tables so I can have my mom over for socially distant brunch - she's not coming in the house and there'll be >6' of table between us. Because she's 74, this will only be the second time we've seen each other in person since early March even though she only lives about 15 miles away. Living alone, quarantine has been rough on her, so it's special just to break the isolation.

Also, for this event I ordered from a local independent florist and tomorrow will be putting in an unconscionable pre-order to a local bakery owned by an immigrant mom. We're gonna be swimming in flowers and carbs. And will have electric lap blankets because it's supposed to be cloudy and 60 degrees.
