Friday has arrived! What are YOUR plans for this weekend (or looong weekend if you're in Canada)?


I'm going out dancing tonight. I haven't been dancing in at least a year. My boss is taking the four of us on her team out. My boss is a blonde Barbie so, needless to say, it should be an interesting evening. I am rather excited to have a girls night. So not looking forward to how I might feel in the morning.


Mikey is taking Harper and I to the CNE tomorrow in Toronto. I love fried food, so I'm rather excited to go. Harper has been once this year with his dad, so he's a CNE expert. Looking forward to spending the day with my boys.




So last weekend, Mike was the best boyfriend of life and let me take him to the Gentlemen of the Road Simcoe Stopover. I know, why am I the lucky one if I took him? Haha, well Mike hates that kind of music. He's a metalhead in every sense of the word. But, he patiently sat through Hey Rosetta!, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros and, of course, Mumford & Sons, while I danced my ass off. He deserves some sort of award. Or a BJ at the very least haha. It was a great weekend. I had a ton of fun, but also realized I'm not a festival kinda gal. But, still so happy I went
