Saw Slim Cessna and Munly at the Bluebird on NYE. Excellent show and great crowd. Jello Biafra came onstage for a couple of songs which was awesome. I don't remember everything about the show as we started the night with tequila shots across the street. 
but it was certainly worth the pain yesterday. I hope that the rest of '06 is as fun as the first part. Happy New Year.
