I am in computer hell.
A few months ago, my precioussssss Alienware mobile caught fire.
Then I had to debug my boyfriend's laptop for 2 days before getting it to function.
But now something is seriously amiss with that box.
It keeps restarting and restarting. It won't go anywhere. I can't get it going even in safe mode. I can't get a prompt. Nothing.
I'm thinking it's viral but have no clue how to fix it. And I'm now working on the biggest piece of crap you've ever seen. I know I should be grateful for having *something* but I'm an internet crackhead and just need speed and power.....
