Well today has been, hillarious and painful!
I was rushing to get out to work and ran down the stairs from our room and just before the bottom I slipped and in the process of trying to stop myself I managed to bend all my fingers on my right hand back.
I already have inflamed tendons in that hand but now htey really hurt alot!...

Well we have the multi gym now and we have joined our local gym so, operation weight loss is under way.
I plan on the gym 3 days a week, yoga on mondays and swimming twice a week.
I am buying my first digital SLR next week, money is a factor so I am either going to buy the Pentax K100D or the Nikon D40....
