Well, hello my lovelies!!!

Today has been a productive I sorted all my doggies stuff from the vets and had a lovely lunch with my sister, which was really nice, im so glad we get on now!
we didnt as teenagers, lol

I also went to my doctors appointment today, which I have been avoiding, I havent had my medication for quite a while, as we have been so skint, my prescription kind of got left.

But i went and spoke to him, and he asked me about my current moods and state of mind, and i told him, im feeling much more positive and that i am getting along well in my new job, but the only problem i am really having is the feeling weepy all the time, adverts are making me cry now!

so he sugested that i carry on with my prescription, but try every other day, to see if it is enough to settle my emotions, im really pleased with this!

I also talked to hi about my weight, i started fertility investigations 2 yrs ago, and i am eligable for IVF, but need to loose weight first!

So i now have an appointment wit the nurse to get weighed next week and to have a diet advice session!!

I have done all this before, and ended up on metformin last yr, to regulate my sugar to help with the weight and fertility stuff, so i have to give it ago solo first and if still no joy, he is going to consider further medication to help me get the loss started!!!

I feel good and pretty stable for the first time in a long time!!!!
