Well, my Daddy is dying. I had to hurry out to KY last week because he went into the hospital and I didn't want him to die before I got to see him again. He's not going to last much longer. He mostly just sleeps all the time and occassionally says a sentence or two that really don't make any sense, but are often quite hilarious and adorable. It was REALLY hard to leave him to come back home. But I have so much work to do with it being tax season.

Now I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to find a way to either get all my work done or make it portable so I can be back there with him. Only thing is, I had a really good conversation with him before I left Thursday, and I'm not sure if he's got another conversation like that in him. Is it going to be worth it to run myself ragged to get back there to hang out with him while he sleeps? Also, I don't know how long he'll live. What if I hurry up to get everything done and he lives for another month? I can't just stay out there indefinitely. And what if he dies while I'm in the process of hurrying? I really don't know what to do.
