You'd think people would realize that if every time they leave me a message they bitch at me, I'm probably not as excited about returning their call. I'm not sure why this concept is mysterious to people.
What is even more mysterious to me is why certain clients seem to think that my world revolves around them despite the fact that they don't pay me ANYWHERE NEAR enough to live on. If you don't pay enough to cover my bills, you're probably not my only client. Therefore, I may sometimes be off working for these conceptual "other" clients from time to time. Or even all the time.
Customer service is so much easier when the customers don't suck.
