Hello babies!
I have definitely turned to this website and my online SG fam a lot lately and couldn't be more grateful that I joined this community when I did last year.
It is day 12 of isolation for myself and I want to share a few of the things I have watched or would 100% recommend!
First I will do anime:
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
I enjoy experiencing the Fullmetal story the most in Brotherhood and have just started re-watching it over isolation. Fullmetal Alchemist is probably THE anime series I turn to when I need comfort or to relax. I could never get past the philosophical and almost dark undertones and it is almost always the first anime I recommend to any of my friends that have never watched one before!
Assassination Classroom
Teacher!!!!! This was an anime I started and put to the side as I got really busy before my holiday in January. It was the first series I watched and finished in isolation day One. It is a coming of age story that is wholesome but has what I found to be a really unique story-line. Season 2 was a little bit rushed but it was so amazing I would for sure recommend this series!

Every. single. person. I talked to in 2019 talked about YOU. I love that it is gorey, lit-nerdy and almost comedic in some dark parts and I found it very enjoyable. I did binge both seasons in 24 hours and I am proud. I think it has a re-watch quality that a lot of series do not really have for me anymore and I just found out it is based on a book.. not surprising. Haha
Friends
Friends will always be my absolute GO TO if I can't decide, there's nothing new or I'm doing chores, blogging, networking in the background. Sometimes, I'll have 6-12 months without watching an episode and boy, when I remember I am set for a good long while in the television department. Guilty pleasure, forever. Do not judge me. We were on a break.
Movies:
A Tale of Two Sisters
There are not many places I can plug this movie anymore. But, if you want a dark psychological horror - this one will change your life. I would have just been 15 and since the first stream it will forever be my favorite horror film. It is beautifully orchestrated and twisted and if foreign horror is your thing this will be PERFECT for you. Thank me later. I will be re-watching this every Friday until I can work again.
