What a weird night. I printed my butt off trying to get a poster done in time for a show so I was a bit sloppy and got ink all over myself. I started drinking a lot and realized I needed food, badly. So, I hopped on my bike and headed back downtown to the crappy BK on the way to another show. Apparently, the red ink all over me looks like dried blood and I got detained by the cops while they asked me if I was hurt or if I hurt someone. Needless to say, that was not fun. At all.
The good news is that both of the shows were great and I lined up some more work. I like that going out and getting smashed is a good way for me find jobs. I even danced last night. Thank you, Metronomy, for shaking my ass.
The bad news is that I haven't seen my camera in weeks and I'm bumming. I can't find the charger for my SLR either. I have a lot of stuff coming up and I need to take photos.
Aside from the camera situation, 2009 is going pretty well. I'm pretty happy at the moment. I'd be happier if it were Sunday already.
