So, I went canoeing last week and didn't get sunburned or anything. Not a single sore muscle.

I went canoeing yesterday and got a pretty bad sunburn and my left shoulder/arm hurts so bad that its keeping me awake. My shoulder is throbbing with pain. I scoured my room looking for some sort of pain killer and all I can find is cold medicine. I dunno what the hell I did but I feel seriously worked over. Oh well... I had fun but this isn't helping my recent insomnia one bit.

Lotsa work to get done by thursday before my last summer hurrah get away before fall poster madness.
