I've had a gorgeous day today, Happy Saturday everyone!

I had a really nice deep sleep last night - this is something I've not had for some time. Lately I've not been able to stay asleep and have been waking up every night almost hourly

Tessie then woke me up this morning at about 8.30am which was ok - she needed a wee so I came downstairs and let her out and then opened the Wii Fit - it's about time. So after setting it up and doing all the preliminary checks, my Wii Fit age is 44. I was shocked; I expected it to be far worse. Anyway, I then got on with 22 minutes of aerobic exercise - I even did jogging......... twice!

I then met up with our Jim for a big fat Wetherspoon's brekkie this morning, which went down a treat

I know it goes against the exercise but shit, I'd have had the brekkie anyway so at least I'd done some exercise to counter it

I then went to see my sister and Sonny for a lovely afternoon at her house followed by a mooch down the beach and lots of lovely Sonny cuddles

Anyway, I've never met such a laid back baby in my life; here he is chilling earlier:

While out walking this afternoon we happened upon a doggie treat shop and hydrotherapy centre - I couldn't help but go in as there was a staffie being fitted for a Liverpool kit!

So yeah, we went in and I just coulnd't help myself:

After speaking to the people there I've decided to treat Tessie to some hydrotherapy as I think she'd love to swim given the opportunity. She's never wanted to go in the sea any further than her belly which is not far at all!! I'm hoping this will help keep her fit so I'm gonna ask the vet to give us permission to go. They do a lovely 'fun and fitness' session for 15 so I'm excited about this

I'm either going to watch Tell No-One tonight (with subtitles as it's French I think) or Batman Forever - I bet I end up watching Frost instead
