Scool has been the center of my preoccupation in the past few days, as well as work.
Well for school I started out with a very shitty schedule, got incredibly lucky to have a woman at school chaging it out with me personally (contrary to everyone else who have to wait in line to get changed the stuff they wrote on a sheet), and now I've got the coolest schedule and courses.
I am a film student, But I have been into Animation since my begining. And for some reason the school put me in Media this term instead of Animation, which I was very diapointed of.
I barely have friends at school, but I love to hang out with my freak Animation teacher, so I wanted to be in his classes, as well as one girl I know who is in animation too.
other than that I had Volleyball (yurrrk) for physical edution , and Jews in the Modern World, for HUmanities. How could you ever get something worse than that? Well if you are jewish and are interested in the story of your religion, all right, but hell I have no religon at all, and I don't want to hear or talk about them.
Well both these two classes were removed from my schedule.
The to add Animation instead of Media, I had to remove two classes of Media, and my Complementary course too or my Animation calss wouldn't fit in my schedule. And I didn't mind becasue I had another suck ass class as a complementary.
So we did this but then I have a very limited schedule, so I chosed throught the remaining Complementary courses, and oh, awesome, I've got Photography!! Well it's called Imaging Teachnologies, actually.
It's in no way related to my program (cinema), and I always wondered why we didn't have photography class going with the program. Anyways, no I've got it. And I kept the computer Software and graphics class, even though I don't believe I am going to learn anything in there.
I've been designing website for what now.. two years? I guess I am pretty goof with html as well as Photoshop. I still have to learn, but in that course I think we are working on Paint Shop pro,and I hate that program. And the teacher thinks we are morons or what, first class, our assignment was to be able to put text over a picture, common! That's ridiculous.
Anyways, I am quite happy with my stuff. Have I told the best part? No school on tuesday and wednesday, when my first schedule was a full 5 days week!!
