So, I finally got a job... Not that I want it kinda as it is for a place I previously worked out over a year ago and left because it was taking me around 4 hours each day to travel there and back and quite a lot to get there and back but it is a job and means I won't be unemployed any more and will have regular money coming in.
I have however been helped out by a couple of friends who have put me through on personal recommendations for jobs in the call centres for the people they work for (a internet clothing company called Boden and a glass manufacturer called Jai Kudo). Either of these will be so much better as I won't have to go backwards, even if it isn't a step up in the world.
We were told that if we got the job, we would start on Monday but got a call to say that it will be more likely the end of the month / start of April, which will give me time to look harder for something else... Or hopefully one of these two will come through for me :-) Here's to hoping!!!!
In other news, I'm kinda getting sick of people not getting a break, whether its health problems, money or otherwise, I just wish those who are closest to me could get a fucking break and not have to constantly suffer shitty set backs. One of those people is on here and they know who they are.
Like usual this blog is gonna be well all over the place, so bear with me
Off to see Katy Perry tomorrow which is gonna be amazing! I can't wait to see the show... and her live again. Charlotte & I saw her like 3 years ago when she played to like only a few hundred people and she was fucking awesome. Gonna try and get photos too but not sure how that will work out but worth a try.
