ok, SG blog. i'm going to try and do something useful with you - keep track of my working out. Yesterday i worked out with Amy and Sarah. Today i worked out with Rob and Sarah. Was supposed to work out with Sarah and Amy tomorrow, but remembered about the flooring sale last minute, so looks like i'll have to do that with dad instead.

i got the wii fitness and it told me i am an overweight 47 year old so i'm taking that as a sign that i need to start working out too.
