for me a pay cut is worth the struggle - I work with my friends but their drama is starting to overwhelm me. I will be going to school so I know whatever job that I get now will only be temporary.

Everyday at my current job I am yelled at and treated like shit because my management doesnt know how to deal with people. They demand more out of people then a person could possibly produce, besides that they dont even give you the equiptment that you need to do your job properly.

Being pushed is good it helps you work harder - but not when they push you to tears.'
