I don't know if I've already posted this or not, but I just wanted to let everyone know that I am very happy to say...I GOT A PROMOTION!!! I have worked with my company for 3 1/2 years, and I have watched many people get promoted over me. Grrrr.... Anyway, I was elated to get my latest position; I am finally management and salary to boot. The only downside is I work in Richmond now instead of Falls Church where I used to work. But I'm going the opposite way of traffic, so the 1 1/2 hour drive doesn't seem that long. I start the new position on Sep 4 when I return from maternity leave. I'm nervous as hell, but excited too. Wish me luck!
