Bummer about the smoking. Are you going to try to quit again? I KNOW about the smoking smell: it's amazing when you don't do it in your house anymore and then you smell it on old clothes ? YEESH.

I hope I will start eating smart and/or just lose some excess now that I'm supposed to be eating better without dairy, etc....fuck...but I'm glad I'm not alone in the gaining while quitting dept.
