Since updating my resume the other day and send it out to a dozen jobs or so I've gotten a few emails saying I've made it past the first screening process. I hope I can get something here soon and one of these turns out well for me. I need some good luck to come my way.

All in all I've been in a good mood as of late. I had a filling Zombie Jesus Day dinner at a friends. There was so much food. I was so full by the time my sister, niece and I all left. My niece and I have had a good week so far for the most part. She was really fussy yesterday. Nothing would calm her down for very long. Today was a really good day though. We watched PBS and played on the floor. She hasn't said any new words this week that I'm aware of but it does seem like she is starting to understand more things when we talk to her. She has her nine month doctors visit tomorrow so we shall see how she is doing as far as development. I think she's going to start walking on her own sometime in the next month. She already stands on her own fairly well and will take a step or two without help but gets a little uncertain and sits down, but she'll get it here soon. What can I say I'm a very proud uncle.

Anybody have a song that when ever you hear it when you are in a shitty mood cheers you right up? This video is one of mine. It always puts a smile on my face.

I GOT MYSELF A JOB!!!! W00t!!! I start Monday. I feel as if a gaint weight has been lifted from my back. Thank you guys for your support while I've been down in the dumps with my unemployment.
