I'm in a bit of a funk as of the last few days. I haven't heard back from the state since my interview and I get the feeling I didn't get the job. I did talk to my sister about it because she works for the state as well and was told that they were still interviewing people for the spot. I've been online this morning looking for jobs in the printing industry here in the DMI, but can't find anything for the most part. All I've found was a job that pays 10 bucks an hour or just temp work and neither of those is good enough to cover any of my bills. I've always hated looking for jobs. It's just so frustrating at times when you work in a certain field of work. LAME!!!! Worst comes to worst I can just go work for a buddy of mine doing construction for a while.

I watched my niece this last Saturday night and I'm convinced she hates me. The only thing that I could to get her to stop crying at any one time was to swing her or feed her. Maybe I've lost my touch with dealing with kids. I used to be so good at calming them down and getting them to laugh and giggle. Not so much these days. I did finally get her to sleep as she seems to like my roommates big screen t.v. and whatever is on it at the time. LOL!

I did pick up a new game as well this last few days. I went a head and picked up Tiger Woods 09. It's a lot of fun and a great waste of time. I like how they've changed the controls with this one. I should say that I haven't played any Tiger Woods game since 06 came out and thought they had made it too easy. This ones a nice challenge though.

I watched a movie at my sisters recommendation called the Martian Child. It was cute and made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. I'd highly recommend it to anybody. It has John Cussack and Amanda Peet in it. Well I should get back to looking for jobs and maybe play some more Tiger Woods.
