Im having one of those days where I just want to climb on top of the world and scream. I didnt have a bad day. Im not depressed. I just feel like I have all this energy trapped inside of me with no way for it to get out.

I need to break my social isolation. Im just not sure how.

Over the last two days Ive lost 7 pounds. I have zero energy. Every muscle in my body feels like its been drained of strength.

I cant stand being stuck in my apartment all the time.

This infection is whipping my ass.

Somehow I've managed to GAIN 5lbs. I don't get it.

Im having kind of a tough night. Im struggling with my same demons, depression and isolation.

Its the end of the year blues. Ive been thinking about how this year has gone. Even though I have a lot of things to be grateful for, right now my mind is filled with the things that could have been.

drinking wont help, its a depresseant, so that kills most ppls idea of what to do. If nothing else, look at whaty ou have accomplished, and look to the new year ahead as a fresh start, a new year in which to improve upon the old, and break new ground in becoming the person that you want to be!

I just spent 25 minutes waiting in line at a store. The guy working the register had a 1000-yard stair and a forehead that could crack coconuts.
