Anyone want to help me take a fucking flamethrower to AOL?

Ive had an account with them for over 10 years, but Ive had it with them. I just found out today that they have been fucking me over with fees for over a year. This isnt the first time they have done this. As a matter a fact, I spoke with a high level supervisor about them charging for a service I never agreed to and he assured me the problem would be taken care of. When was this you ask? Oh, about a year ago.

The thing that really pisses me off is thats its my own fault. I never look at my bank statements. Ive always got a running total of how much I have in my account in my head. Thats the way Ive always been. I keep a 20-dollar margin of error running and Ive never had a problem with being overdrawn. AOL has been charging me an extra 9 dollars a month for a fucking credit safety bullshit thing.

The guy on the phone told me its a good idea to have this so you know whats on your credit report and youre not getting scammed. AOL is the one whos fucking scamming me! Thats almost too fucking funny.

Im an idiot for not catching it sooner.

Im done with AOL. They just lost a long time client. As so as I get a chance to switch over to a Gmail account Im out of there.
