I went and saw Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. I thought it fucking rocked. Im a huge fan of the old 1930s and 40s serials. Flash Gordon, Buck Rodgers, Commando Cody (the rocketeer).

I thought they did a good job capturing the feel of the old serials. Add on top of that, that everything was done with a green screen and CGI in later. Im not going to spoil the movie for you if you havent seen it yet, but there are some wicked sweet moments in this flix. I highly recommend it, especially if you liked the old shows like I do.

Im going to be posting some pics sometime this week of myself. I have a rather negative self-image problem and have decided that the one way to overcome it is to get in touch with my inner exhibitionist. I took some pics last week that I like but the crappy film scanner at work is messed up and I cant scan them. So, those will have to wait until I take over the other store and can use the scanner there. With my lab closing no one myself included is in any rush to get things fixed being that its all being shipped out soon.

I offer my only self-deprecating comment about the pics Ill post. Im a big guy, thats a nice way of saying fat. Im also a hairy guy. You can look or not look, thats really up to you.
